  E-Card DIY is shipped with support for several languages for both using the program and creating music greeting cards. In addition you can add support for any other languages (see followings). A library of string resources for each language is stored as a text file with the extension .elf (Short for E-Card DIY Language File) in the Language subdirectory of the E-Card DIY program directory.

  Examples:
  English.elf
  German.elf
  Chinese.elf
  French.elf
  Russian.elf

  To create support for a new language:

  .Copy English.elf (or another language file) naming the new file as the new language name with the extension .elf.

  .Use any text editor to translate each line in the new file appropriately.

  .Save the new file.

  .Test your translations by selecting the new language in the Options section of the program and review the captions and script editor.
